BFTF has a proven track record in the provision of modular buildings for the education sector and works directly with LEAs, Architects, Main & Sub-contractors, or direct for clients. Both temporary and permanent options are available and we employ the most stringent standards across the range to ensure our modular units have an extended lifespan. Bespoke The flexibility of our manufacturing specialist's building system allows the many benefits of offsite manufacture to be applied to your individual, bespoke projects. By working closely with our clients at the initial stages, the vast majority of designs can be accommodated through a modular build. Both our in-house team and manufactures are increasingly called upon to design innovative but practical solutions to quite exacting specifications - turning concepts into reality on time and within budget. Building Relocation or disposal Service We have dismantling teams which arrange and provide transport and carnage facilities to either dispose of old buildings no longer required or re-erect buildings at new sites. This work can include constructing new foundations, ramps and connecting new services. |
